Service Description
The Strategic Assessment Session is the first step in understanding the potential, challenges, and opportunities of your winemaking project. Developed for investors, entrepreneurs, and producers, this one-on-one meeting of up to 90 minutes aims to analyze the project's context, clarify strategic questions, and identify key points that deserve attention before moving on to an in-depth diagnosis. After payment confirmation, you will receive the Winemaking Project Briefing, a preparatory form that will allow us to better understand your context, objectives, and stage of development. This information serves as a basis for guiding the analysis and making our conversation more productive and personalized. At the end of the session, you will have greater clarity about the project's current state, its priority challenges, and possible paths for its evolution.
Cancellation Policy
The Strategic Assessment Session is an online meeting of up to 90 minutes designed for the preliminary analysis of wine-growing projects, investments, and initiatives related to the wine sector. The session reservation is confirmed after: * selection of an available date and time on the calendar * payment for the session After payment confirmation, the client will receive by email: * meeting confirmation * videoconference access link * the *Wine Project Briefing*, a preparatory form designed to gather information about the project, its objectives, stage of development, and main challenges Completing the briefing is recommended so that the session can be conducted in a more objective, strategic, and personalized way. The session is exploratory and consultative in nature, aiming to understand the project's context and identify possible development paths; it does not constitute a complete technical diagnosis. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least *24 hours in advance* of the scheduled time. Cancellations made within this timeframe may result in rescheduling or a refund of the amount paid. In case of absence without prior notice or a request made outside the established timeframe, the session may be considered completed for billing purposes, due to the reservation of the time slot in the consultancy's schedule. Investment The cost of the Strategic Assessment Session is *R$ 500*. If the client subsequently proceeds to an *Initial Strategic Diagnosis* or a consultancy project with COA Wine Business Consulting, the session fee may be deducted from the contracted investment, provided that the contract is signed within 90 days of the session. By scheduling, the client declares to agree to the terms and policies available on this website. This session represents the first step in evaluating the viability, challenges, and opportunities of your project, allowing for a clearer definition of the next strategic paths.
